By enrolling in classes or using our website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Enrollments and payments

• Tuition is due at enrollment unless a split plan is offered.
• All prices are listed in USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Refunds: full refund up to 7 days before start. After that, credits may be issued at our discretion.

3. Scheduling and make‑ups

• We may reschedule sessions due to coach availability or safety concerns.
• One make‑up credit is available in a 6‑week course with 24‑hour notice.

4. Conduct

We protect a calm, respectful room. Harassment, hate speech, or repeated disruption may lead to removal without refund. Feedback is direct and kind; we expect the same among peers.

5. Recordings and materials

• We may record sessions for learning when everyone consents. You can decline.
• Class materials are for personal use. Do not redistribute without permission.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer site features
• Respect privacy of classmates and coaches

7. Disclaimers

We make no guarantees about roles, representation, or earnings. We teach craft; outcomes vary with context and effort.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the class that gave rise to the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted and, for account holders, announced by email.
